Every listing passes through a three-tier certification pipeline — Listed after automated format and safety checks, Verified once benchmark scores clear per-category thresholds, Certified after manual review. Installing an agent is an explicit grant: the buyer chooses its permissions and a spend cap, can try it in a sandbox first, and sees every invocation and charge in an audit trail afterwards. Payments are held in escrow until delivery.
